Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело сразу по нескольким статьям, а в Басманном суде слушаются дела об аресте фигурантов конфликта. На данный момент уже арестованы 30 человек. Сам же Бакальчук прокомментировал ситуацию так: «Я дома. Я в шоке».
