В 2013-м генерал Пересторонин был назначен руководителем администрации губернатора Свердловской области, а последние 7 лет руководит минпромом, хотя в дела ведомства особо не погружен.
За последний год Средний Урал потерял сразу 10 строчек рейтинга промышленного развития.
