Согласно официальным сведениям, площадь многоквартирного жилья составила 74,6 тыс квадратных метров, а индивидуальных домов – порядка 40 тыс квадратных метров.
Также известно, что в планах краевых властей ввести в эксплуатацию в 2022 году более 1 млн 319 тыс кв метров, что немного меньше 1 млн 346 тыс кв метров жилья, сданного в минувшем году.
Добавим, что наиболее популярными среди застройщиков были высотные здания, которые насчитывали 17 и более этажей (64%). Зданий с количеством этажей от 12 до 16 было построено 12%, десятиэтажных домов построили лишь 10% от общего числа жилых объектов.
