В частности, в совет вошли руководитель Первого канала Константин Эрнст, худрук и директор МХТ им. А. П. Чехова Константин Хабенский, писатель Захар Прилепин и руководитель "Союзмультфильма" Юлиана Слащева.
Как и в прежнем составе, заместителем Путина во главе этого совета остается руководитель "Мосфильма" Карен Шахназаров, а пост секретаря совета сохранил помощник президента Владимир Мединский.
