Как выяснил корреспондент ТАСС, в пакет документов, переданных американским властям, входит письмо компании-лоббисту. Из него следует, что Львов сотрудничает с Color Nine для поиска одного или нескольких "братских регионов".

К письму приложена презентация региона с данными о населении, площади, экономике и транспортной инфраструктуре. Акценты сделаны на пограничное положение области. Отмечается, что это один из крупнейших центров добычи нефти и газа на Украине.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
