Как показала проверка прокуратуры Советского района, причиной ДТП стал лед на дороге, который образовался из-за длительной течи воды, которую МУП «Водоканал» не устранял на протяжении месяца.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Оказание услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности».
