Вот о такой тавтологии хотелось бы поговорить, после изучения аналитических отчетов о жизни L&D. Как выжить тем, на кого чаще всего смотрят и думают, что 🔺вот они-то все знают, они же всех учат!🔻 Кажется, что тут сложного? бери матрицу компетенций и вот они все навыки. А есть ли что-то, о чем в матрице не пишут? И не устают ли обучаторы все время учиться и развиваться?
