Вспомнилось. Когда вся эта история с "вредностью" майнинга для энергосистемы только начинала свои обороты и ко мне обратились коллеги-майнеры с вопросом, на каком направлении я бы сконцентрировал работу по защите интересов отрасли. Я ответил, что в первую очередь следует сосредоточиться на популяризации данной сферы и продвижении ее как стратегически важной и значимой для экономики и страны. Как вариант, это же ЦОДы - инфраструктура, которая может быть использована и для ИИ. То есть, в моем понимании, здесь PR-составляющая была нисколько не менее важной, чем нормативка, а возможно и предшествующей работе с нормативкой, но уж точно упрощающей такую работу и продвижение.
Вот интересно, если бы коллеги поступили именно так, как я рекомендовал, а средств бы для этого у них точно хватило, как бы все повернулось? Хотя да, история и сослагательные наклонения...
