Радует одно - по делу сменилась председательствующая судья. Новой председательствующей сегодня были гораздо более интересны вопросы несоблюдения обязательных разъяснений Пленума ВС РФ, который прямо дал указания как разрешать мое дело. И на этом основании, установив необходимые юридические факты для применения Пленума, суд отменил решение первой инстанции.
Об этом результате хорошо сказал мой доверитель - «раз на раз не приходится». Довольно точное описание российского правосудия. Но ничего, боремся дальше.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
