اجلاس" COP27 " از 6 تا 18 نوامبر2022 در شرم الشیخ مصر با حضور مقامات دولتی، سازمانهای بین المللی، فعالان محیط زیست و نمایندگان بخش خصوصی برگزار شد و کرم در تاریخ 8نوامبر به عنوان سفیر اقلیمی انجمن‌ Yuvam Dünya در پنلی با عنوان "اگر تاریخ تغییر کند همه چیز تغییر می کند " با هدف بررسی نقش تغییرات نسلی، تحولات فردی اجتماعی و نهادی در مقابله با بحران اقلیمی به صورت آنلاین شرکت کرد
در این پنل ، که از طریق پلتفرم دیجیتال Esmiyor پخش شد شرکت کنندگان بر اهمیت تغییر روایتها و داستانها در مقابله با بحران اقلیمی تأکید کردند و به لزوم همکاری بین بخشهای دولتی و خصوصی و جامعه مدنی برای ایجاد تغییرات پایدار در جهت مقابله با بحران اقلیمی پرداختند این رویداد نمونه ای از همکاری موفق بین بخشهای مختلف جامعه برای مقابله با یکی از بزرگترین چالشهای جهانی بود

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
