Они располагаются в гостиницах и домах отдыха в таких городах Приморья, как Владивосток, Находка, Артём, Арсеньев и Уссурийск. Каждый такой пункт готов принять от 27 до 330 человек.
Сообщается, что там будет предоставляться все необходимое: трехразовое горячее питание, одежда, медикаменты и другое.
