В будущем рядом может появиться парковая зона, но уже сейчас решено поддержать ее фонтаном на территории здания.
Новостройка на ул. Взлетной будет трех– и пятиэтажной, площадью 4 тыс. кв. метров. Для нее предусмотрен подземный (на 54 машино-места) и наземный (на 34 машино-места) паркинги. Строительством офисного здания займется предприниматель Андрей Кутулуцкий. Эскизный проект разработал Владимир Золотов.
