На втором месте, по официальным данным, кандидат от КПРФ Владимир Якунин (9,45%), третье место занял Евгений Мясин от ЛДПР (7,53%), четвертое место у Татьяны Старковой от «Партии пенсионеров» (5,66%).
Иголкин — гвардии подполковник, ветеран боевых действий, участник СВО, заместитель начальника кафедры Рязанского училища ВДВ. Он был выдвинут «Единой Россией» после того, как с выборов снялся другой участник СВО Герой России Владислав Головин.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
