Zutaten(für 2 Personen):
1 kleine Banane 200 ml Kokosmilch 200 ml Kokoswasser (aus dem Tetrapak) 2 TL Kakaopulver 20 g zarte Haferflocken 1 EL dunkles Mandelmus 100 ml Espresso 4 Eiswürfel
Zubereitung:
Die Banane schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Die Banane und die restlichen Zutaten - bis auf die Eiswürfel - in den Standmixer geben und alles ca. 2 Min. schaumig pürieren.
Zum Servieren den Smoothie auf Gläser verteilen und die Eiswürfel dazugeben. Schmeckt am besten gut gekühlt!
Tipp:
Wer will, kann den Smoothie noch aromatisieren: Eine weihnachtliche Geschmacksnuance erhält der Smoothie, wenn Sie noch ½ TL Zimtpulver oder 1 Msp. gemahlene Vanille hinzufügen.
