Сортовой состав у сюрлишки был из высшей лиги: Шардоне, Рислинг, Алиготе, а у акратофора из лиги пониже: Бианка, Пино Белый, Цитронный Магарача, Траминер Розовый. Но в обоих случаях «розовость» вину придавало наличие Саперави. И вот что из этого вышло:
