Проект поправок в бюджет Пермского края предусматривает существенное увеличение расходов на субсидирование авиаперевозок между Пермью и Ярославлем.
Как следует из пояснительной записки к документу, планируется 104 парных рейса в год, то есть по два в неделю.
Инициатива подразумевает, что аналогичные обязательства должна взять на себя и Ярославская область.
По словам министра дорожного хозяйства и транспорта этого региона Романа Душко, с Пермским краем достигнуты определенные договоренности о восстановлении авиамаршрута Ярославль ↔️ Пермь, но о конкретных сроках запуска и частоте рейсов пока говорить рано.
С сентября 2023 года по август 2024 года это направление обслуживала компания «ЮВТ Аэро».

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
