Само слово toddler происходит от английского «to toddle», что можно перевести как «ковылять» «неумело ходить». Из этого делаем вывод, что тоддлером называют ребенка, который начинает ходить, до момента, когда он начинает двигаться более менее уверенно
Однако, термин «тоддлер» определяет еще и характер ребенка Именно на этот период приходятся кризисы первого года, второго - «ужасные двухлетки» и легендарный кризис трех лет 🫣
Так что «тоддлер» это не только возраст и прямохождение, но и состояние души 😀

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions.
