В 2023 году за такие взятки было привлечены к ответственности 5245 человек, то есть четверть от всех осужденных по коррупционным статьям.
Второй по популярности вид взятки — "услуги неимущественного характера", за их получение осуждены 3760 коррупционеров. Под эту категорию подпадают ситуации, когда невозможно точно оценить стоимость незаконной выгоды, полученной в виде имущественных прав и услуг.
