В ходе операции, проводимой в южных провинциях Турции за 2024 г. уничтожено 709 военных объектов военно-политической организации PKK, в том числе укрытия, пещеры и склады оружия. Об этом сообщил глава МВД Ерликая. Он отметил, что изъято ок. 3 тонн взрывчатки различного типа, 194 мины и жилеты смертников, подготовленных для терактов, а также более 100 тысяч боеприпасов.
