🌼1- النوم الجيد: ولاحظ هنا أن يكون جيد، ربما تنام وساعات طويلة لكن جودة نومك ليست جيدة، مثل النوم في النهار، أو السهر، أو قلة ساعات النوم. خذ قسطاً وافياً من النوم قريباً من 7 ساعات نوم ، هنا ستجد مزاجك في أفضل حالاته.
