كيف تحسن مزاجك... 🌼 قد ينخفض مستوى مزاجك ويتعكر دون سبب واضح فلا تتعب نفسك لمعرفة السبب، وبدلا من سؤال لماذا تعكر مزاجي الأكثر نفعاً أن تسأل كيف أستطيع تحسينه، خاصة إذا علمت أن المزاج قد لا يتحسن من تلقاء نفسه بل عليك أن تسعى لتحسينه، من ذلك:
🌼1- النوم الجيد: ولاحظ هنا أن يكون جيد، ربما تنام وساعات طويلة لكن جودة نومك ليست جيدة، مثل النوم في النهار، أو السهر، أو قلة ساعات النوم. خذ قسطاً وافياً من النوم قريباً من 7 ساعات نوم ، هنا ستجد مزاجك في أفضل حالاته.
