В текущих реалиях, когда бюджет урезается, а потребности населения в качественной медицине растут, мы не можем позволить себе тратить миллиарды рублей на содержание страховых компаний.
Здравоохранение — это не бизнес, где можно зарабатывать на здоровье людей. В условиях нехватки средств эти деньги должны идти напрямую в больницы, а не растворяться в посреднических структурах".
