Aus allen Zutaten einen Hefeteig herstellen, die Teigkugel mit Olivenöl einreiben, ca 1 Stunden an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Die Focaccia auf einem mit Olivenöl bestrichenem Brotbackstein, oder Backblech mit Backpapier, mit den Händen zu einem Fladen formen. Die Focaccia mit Kräutern und Blüten verzieren, bei 180° C etwa 25 Minuten backen, noch heiß mit grobem Meersalz bestreuen.
