حسین افشین در خصوص شرایط جدید طرح «پژوهش‌یار» عنوان کرد: 🔸بر اساس تحولات صورت گرفته در دستورالعمل اجرایی طرح «پژوهش‌یار»، شرایط پذیرش دانشجویان مقطع دکتری در این طرح، تسهیل و مهلت ثبت‌نام، تا دهم بهمن‌ماه تمدید شد.
🔹در آیین‌نامه اصلاح شده، شرط حدأقل معدل، از 18 به 17ونیم کاهش یافت تا تعداد بیش‌تری از دانشجویان دکتری، بتوانند در این طرح شرکت کنند.
🔸بر اساس آیین‌نامه قبلی، دانشجویان متقاضی مقطع دکتری، می‌بایست تا انتهای ترم 3 در آزمون جامع شرکت کرده و تا انتهای ترم چهار، از پروپوزال خود دفاع می‌کردند اما اکنون تبصره‌ای اضافه شده است که دانشجویانی که تا ترم پنجم امتحان جامع خود را گذرانده و از پروپوزال‌شان دفاع کرده باشند نیز مشمول این طرح بشوند.
🔹پیش از این، برندگان حداقل پنج دوره طرح شهید وزوایی مشمول این طرح بودند که در آیین‌نامه جدید، به سه دوره کاهش یافته است.
