В РФ всего функционирует 575 тысяч лифтов. У 64 тысяч подходит к завершению срок эксплуатации. Недавно были цифры от 70 до 78 тысяч лифтов.
Ежегодно завершается срок службы у 15 тысяч лифтов. Последние несколько лет в стране производят около 26 тысяч лифтов в год.
По планам:
▪️Договор о закупке будет заключаться на все услуги – от изготовления до обслуживания. Под это изменят законодательство. Связано это с тем, что цепочка работ непрозрачна и поделена между разными организациями, в итоге жители (судя по всему) не понимают, с кого же им спросить.
▪️Списания по региональным кредитам будут направлять на лифты. Хотя 1 млрд рублей на все пожелания и другие проекты ЖКХ явно не хватит.
Ощущение, что хотят создать еще одного регионального оператора. К уже имеющимся по капремонту, ТКО, обслуживанию аварийного жилья и т.п.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
