የመወያያ ሃሳቡን ያቀረቡት የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ማረጋገጥ ባለሙያ የሆኑት አቶ ረታ ሚደቅሳ ሲሆኑ ጤናማ የመሆን ጥቅም ምንድነው? ጤናማ ለመሆን ምልክቶቹ ምንድ ናቸው?ጤንነትንስ የሚያጓድሉት ምንድ ናቸው?ለጤና ችግር መፍትሄውስ ምድነው? የሚሉ ዝርዝር ሃሳቦችን አንስተዋል፡፡በዚህም ሰውነታችን በአግባቡ ስራውን የሚያከናውን ከሆነ ጤናማ ይባላል፡፡የአእምሮ፣ የአካልና የማህበራዊ ግንኙነታችን የተሟላ ከሆነ ጤናማና ውጤታማ የሆነ ተግባርን እናከናውናለን፡፡ከዚህም ሌላ አንድ ሰው ጤናማ ከሆነ በሁሉም አገልግሎቱ ውጤታማ አስተዋጽኦ ለማህበረሰቡ ያደርጋል ብለዋል፡፡
