"Фракция КПРФ принципиально выступает за централизованное государственное финансирование системы здравоохранения. Очевидно, что страховая модель изжила себя и требует замены. В текущих реалиях, когда бюджет урезается, а потребности населения в качественной медицине растут, мы не можем позволить себе тратить миллиарды рублей на содержание страховых компаний.
Здравоохранение — это не бизнес, где можно зарабатывать на здоровье людей. В условиях нехватки средств эти деньги должны идти напрямую в больницы, а не растворяться в посреднических структурах".

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
