💬 Dear colleagues,
The direct negotiations with the Ukrainian side, held on the initiative of the President of Russia, have just concluded.
In general, we are satisfied with the outcome and are ready to continue contacts.
This is what we agreed on:
1. In the coming days there will be a large-scale exchange of prisoners of war — 1,000 for 1,000.
2. The Ukrainian side has requested direct talks between the heads of state. We have taken notice of this request.
3. We agreed that each side would present its vision of a possible future ceasefire. This will be outlined in detail.
Once this vision has been presented, we believe it would be appropriate, as also agreed, to continue our negotiations.

The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
