По пессимистичному сценарию продажи жилья в новостройках упадут почти на треть, до 4,9 трлн руб. Базовый предполагает сокращение на уровне 19% (5,3 трлн руб.).
Оптимистичный сценарий предусматривает снижение продаж всего на 3% (до до 6,1 трлн руб.). Но он маловероятен из-за западных санкций, роста затрат фонда оплаты труда и невозможности решить проблему с нехваткой персонала.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
