Сегодня опубликован и вступил в силу Указ Президента РФ от 17 января 2023 года №16 «О временном порядке принятия решений органами некоторых российских хозяйственных обществ».
Он предоставляет российским хозяйственным обществам из сфер энергетики, машиностроения и торговли право принимать решения без учета голосов лиц из недружественных иностранных государств и лиц, которые были выдвинуты ими в органы управления.
Порядок принятия решений, установленный Указом, является временным и действует до 31 декабря 2023 года.

In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
