کاهش استرس: بیشتر چیزهایی که نگرانشان هستیم، در اختیار ما نیستند. وقتی این رو بپذیری، فکرت سبک‌تر میشه.
تمرکز بیشتر : به جای فکر کردن بی‌فایده، انرژی‌ات رو روی کارهای عملی میذاری.
انعطاف‌پذیری : وقتی بفهمی بعضی چیزها دست تو نیست، راحت‌تر با مشکلات کنار می‌آیی.
