С другой стороны, лучше аргумента против всенародных выборов градоначальника сейчас и не подберёшь. Мол, представьте что вся эта толпа станет кандидатами на настоящих выборах и устроит в городе настоящий хаос. Несмотря на налёт карнавальности в процедуре, пока ставим областному политблоку зачёт.
