В отношении 33-летней женщины возбудили уголовное дело по статье о мошенничестве в особо крупном размере.
По версии следствия, она получила свыше 13 млн рублей от 52 человек. Об этом сообщает прокуратура Краснодарского края в своём Telegram-канале.
Блогер записывала видеоролики и рассказывала о своём «пути к успеху». Она предлагала подписчикам вложиться в проект, чтобы получить доход в размере от 99% до 1 000% годовых.
При этом деньги на самом деле никуда не инвестировались и оставались на её счетах. Для возмещения ущерба на имущество обвиняемой наложили арест.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
