Советский районный суд Уфы продлил меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу депутату Госсобрания Башкирии Алексею Локотченко(позывной "Радий"). Он останется под стражей до 30 апреля.
Напомним, 29-летнего Алексея Локотченко обвиняют в посредничестве во взяточничестве в особо крупном размере.
Как полагает следствие, он предложил уфимке, в отношении которой возбуждено уголовное дело, способствовать прекращению преследования за 10 млн рублей.
Как считает следствие, предполагалось заключить фиктивный контракт с экс-адвокатом Эльвирой Фаткуллиной (на неё завели уголовное дело в 2022 году — обвиняли в отмывании более 100 миллионов рублей в составе ОПГ) о прохождении службы в одном из добровольческих формирований Минобороны России, по истечении которого она могла быть освобождена от уголовной ответственности.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
