Учитывая, что Россия - страна воюющая, отпечатки пальцев надо брать не только у среднеазиатов, но даже и у белорусов. Нам не нужны не только криминальные мигранты, но и змагары из "Полка Калиновского".
При въезде в страны Шенгенской зоны сдача отпечатков пальцев - штука обязательная. При всех проблемах с мигрантами там, не учтённых приезжих в ЕС почти нет.
