Заказчиком было ООО «Регент» Александра Трунтаева (давний бизнес-партнёр Павла Дацюка, ими совместно была построена гостиница Radius рядом с планируемой стройкой), экспертной организацией выступило ООО «Уральское управление строительной экспертизы – Е».
В 2022 году проект отеля был одобрен государственной экспертизой.
