Понятна и итоговая цель:
👔Тоннель под площадью Академика Лихачева позволит создать безопасный пешеходный маршрут от Тучкова Моста до Кронверкской набережной и Петропавловской крепости👔.
В 2024 году этот пешеходный подземный переход должен быть достроен.
