Почти в два раза больше костромские аграрии стали выпускать творога и сыра. На четверть больше - рыбы и рыбных продуктов. Объемы выпуска молока выросли почти на треть. Неплохой рост показало производство яиц и сметаны: почти в полтора раза у каждой категории. Производство колбасных изделий за 5 лет подросло в объеме на 16%, кондитерских изделий - на 8%.
