Зимне-стойловый период крупного рогатого скота и лошадей проходит удовлетворительно, запасов кормов в хозяйствах достаточно, сообщили в Минсельхозе республики. Всего на зимовку выделено 450,2 тыс. тонн кормов, в том числе грубых кормов - 411,8 тыс. тонн, силоса - 25,6 тыс. тонн, сенажа - 12,8 тыс. тонн. По оперативным данным улусов, остаток грубых кормов - более 208,8 тыс. тонн, силоса - более 12,4 тыс., сенажа - более 5,2 тыс.
На 20 февраля численность поголовья крупного рогатого скота во всех категориях хозяйств республики составляет более 155,6 тыс. голов, в том числе коров - более 65,8 тыс. На данный момент отелилось более 3,5 тыс. голов.
Численность поголовья лошадей насчитывает более 172,1 тыс. голов, в том числе кобыл - более 117,7 тыс. На подкормку поставлено более 40,8 тыс. лошадей.
