По состоянию на пятницу, 21 мая, не получили разрешения от пожарных на начало работы 27 из 47 детских лагерей в Саратовской области. Об этом рассказал замначальника регионального ГУ МЧС Юрий Боткин.
Всего на учете в министерстве имеется 702 лагеря. Из них большинство — 655 — является лагерями с дневным пребыванием детей. Из них 83 имеют нарушения требований пожарной безопасности.
Кроме того, в регионе расположены 47 лагерей с круглосуточным пребыванием детей. Пока разрешения на работу летом 2021 получили только 20 таких учреждений.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
