Вместе с Володиным по списку ЕР от Саратовской области в пятерку лидеров по итогам отбора вошли депутаты Госдумы Глеб Хор (49,04%), Виктор Кидяев (43,30%), Виталий Ефимов (38,49%) и депутат саратовской областной думы Татьяна Ерохина (33,63%).
