Па матэрыялах абвінавачання, Андрэй у «Аднакласніках» у 2020, 2021 і 2023 годзе паставіў чатыры падабайкі пад карыкатурнымі выявамі Лукашэнкі, на якіх ён быў паказаны ў выглядзе клоўна, малпы, а таксама разам з Уладзімірам Пуціным у катлаване.
Суд прызнаў Халупку вінаватым і пастанавіў пакараць яго пазбаўленнем волі тэрмінам на адзін год ў калоніі ва ўмовах агульнага рэжыму.
