Долго совещаясь, сотрудники вписали в протокол статью ПИКоАП (Процессуально-Исполнительный Кодекс) вместо КоАП (Кодекс об административных правонарушениях), сделав тем самым ошибку. Дежурный ИВС не захотел принимать Щурко с ошибкой в протоколе. Дмитрий сказал ему, что на годовщину выборов его спокойно приняли даже без статьи «наверное, потому что политический». «А, политический? Конечно, берем!», — сказал дежурный.
Напомним, Дмитрия задержали 10 сентября вечером, пригласив в РУВД на разговор.
