Сегодня беларуское правозащитное сообщество признало политзаключенными на Брестчине: ▪️Козинцев Павел Викторович (домашний арест) — был задержан за комментарии в социальных сетях, оставленные в 2022 году. Обвиняется по ст.369 УК (Оскорбление представителя власти). ▪️Шамилов Илья Ашаханович (СИЗО-7) — осужден на 2 года колонии по ч.2 ст.367 УК (Клевета на Лукашенко).
Также политзаключенными в стране признаны: ▪️Бородич Александр (Тюрьма в Гродно) ▪️Жук Игорь (ИУОТ-55) ▪️Зеленков Сергей (ИУОТ-46) ▪️Иванов Игорь (Тюрьма в Могилеве) ▪️Ильин Сергей (ИК-22) ▪️Колосов Артем ▪️Липневич Павел (СИЗО-1) ▪️Новик Игорь ▪️Соц Сергей ▪️Хоменков Евгений (ИК-22) ▪️Якубенок Сергей (Тюрьма в Могилеве)

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
