Пожертвования политическим партиям нельзя получать не только от иноагентов, но и от учреждённых ими российских организаций. Также запрет на денежные вливания в партийную казну надо установить для тех, кто внесён в госреестр лиц, причастных к деятельности экстремистской или террористической организации.
Эту и другие нормы предлагается внести в законодательство поправками, разработанными группой парламентариев.
