Вообще, если серьезно, у моей жены на днях вышел ролик-мультик, с иллюстрацией одной из методик КПТ (рескриптинг), мне тема строгих и отдаленных родителей не близка, я к счастью воспитывался в гуманистическом ключе.
Но для кого-то это тема актуальна и ролик будет крайне полезным☝🏻😌
