🛣 Дороги Хабаровского края стали безопаснее благодаря президентскому нацпроекту
С 2019 года мероприятия по повышению безопасности дорожного движения выполнялись в рамках нацпроекта «Безопасные качественные дороги». Всего за 6 лет муниципальным образованиям было выделено свыше 500 млн рублей субсидий.
📍 На дорогах местного значения установили 4 220 дорожных знаков, 10 852 погонных м дорожных ограждений и 3 725 м систем разделения на 4-х полосных улицах. Отремонтировано свыше 100 тыс. кв. м тротуаров, обустроено 213 пешеходных переходов. В порядок приведено 60 автобусных остановок.
Меры по повышению безопасности дорожного движения продолжатся в рамках нового нацпроекта «Инфраструктура для жизни».

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
