Речь идет о сговоре ООО «Ростовское ДСУ», ООО «ВолгоградАвтоДорСтрой», ООО «Тацинское ДСУ» и ООО «Т-Транс». Компании незаконно получили 121 дорожный контракт, в том числе в рамках БКД, в Ростовской, Волгоградской областях и Республике Адыгея на общую сумму более 24,1 миллиарда рублей. Ряд этих компаний хорошо известна и своим ремонтом дорог в Волжском.
