Нейроимпланты ELVIS показали Дмитрию Медведеву в Сколково

Друзья, сегодня Лаборатория «Сенсор-Тех» принимает участие в технологической выставке Startup Village в Сколково. Мы привезли два наших нейроимпланта - зрительный ELVIS V и кохлеарный ELVIS C.
Оба устройства мы показали Заместителю председателя Совета безопасности России Дмитрию Медведу. Он высоко оценил первую линейку российских нейроимплантов и выразил уверенность в том, что за такими технологиями будущее нашей страны! 🇷🇺

Сейчас ELVIS V проходит доклинические испытания - он уже установлен большому количеству обезьян, и тесты проходят очень успешно. ELVIS C готовится к медицинской сертификации, и скоро мы развернем масштабное производство.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
