С апреля 2023 года в ДНР выплачивается материальная помощь эвакуированным гражданам в размере 10 тыс. рублей
На сегодняшний день такая выплата назначена 2260 жителям Артемовска, Авдеевки, Соледара, Славянска, а также таких населенных пунктов, как Орловка, Опытное, Клещеевка, Зайцево, Очеретино, Тоненькое, Семеновка и других, сообщила зампред Правительства ДНР Лариса Толстыкина.
Оформить материальную помощь можно в УТСЗН по месту фактического проживания или пребывания независимо от места регистрации или ее отсутствия. Выплата положена каждому эвакуированному лицу независимо от возраста и трудоспособности.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
