Электронное оформление ДТП теперь позволит получать до 400 000 рублей возмещения. Отмечается, что около 50% мелких аварий в России уже обрабатываются по «Европротоколу», и новое решение сократит время пребывания на месте происшествия.
Также вступают в силу обновленные правила по оформлению ОСАГО, делая процесс страхования более прозрачным и доступным для всех автовладельцев.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
